The Wellingdorf location is fully barrier-free and is the only practice that houses the Lokomat® — an advanced gait robot for intensive neurological gait training. We also offer occupational therapy for children and adults across all the classic disciplines. Our committed team supports you with individual therapy plans and a patient-centred approach.

The Lokomat® is an advanced gait robot that guides the legs in a natural walking pattern. At our Kiel Wellingdorf practice — the only location with a Lokomat® — training takes place on a treadmill while a harness system safely offloads your body weight. This allows movements to be trained repeatedly, intensively and with correct execution.

Our behavioural therapy in Wellingdorf supports children, teenagers and adults in understanding and changing their own behavioural patterns and in developing their abilities in a focused way. We see every person as a whole — with their strengths, needs and individual potential.
At our practice on Schönberger Straße we work with proven methods from psychology, neurophysiology and education. Alongside conversations and practical exercises we also use diagnostic procedures such as ADHD screenings, handedness assessment, checks for retained early-childhood reflexes and training of non-verbal communication.
